Our Mission Statement

The Paige Memorial Library is committed to providing current materials for all ages, both fiction and nonfiction, in various formats, for the enjoyment and educational enrichment of our community. We will continue to update our technological resources promoting both remote and onsite access to the statewide databases. In an effort to reach all residents of Hardwick, the library will offer easy access through outreach programs, promote family activities, and foster an appreciation of books.

Members from the
Board of Library Trustees
are elected town officials who have the responsibility of working with other board members to oversee the library, establishing policies and plans,
determining the final budget,
managing gift accounts and conducting public relations.

The Trustees meet on the Second Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
here at the library.
Meetings are open to the public.

Summer Reading News...

The Paige Library had over 40 registered Summer Readers
adding 1 sticker for every book / unit read.

There were 3,015 stickers placed on the board!

2010 Hardwick Fair Book Sale

Our Book Sale was a huge success!
Thank you to everybody who supported both the Book Sale and Bag Raffle.
The proceeds will benefit programming throughout the year, including StoryHour, Breakfast with Santa, & Summer Reading as well as supplement our collection.
